I placed an order at 11am for a drop off of 12:30. It is now 1pm so I called the store and they said she’s busy with other deliveries since she is the only driver. This Dominos has not once, but multiple times delivered incomplete orders to my home and did not bring back the items forgotten. I was told each time they would come back and never did. The customer service is also awful. They don't take your concerns seriously and they rarely answer their phone. I'
Domino's has definitely improved however they need to use a much higher quality cheese and more of it! The thin crust is a great choice and the hand tossed is the most flavorful without the too much crust of the pan crust.
Never had a bad pizza from here. Order is always correct, great service.
The folks that work at the 96th & Giles store, are the nicest people I have met in . . . well, I guess it hasn't been very long because I live in the nicest city I could adopt. However, stop in and see if you need an encouraging word and a great dinner!
