I went thru the drive thru .... The guy took my order today at 4:50pm... So he was patient as I order... Got my food took off but NO spook fork nothing how was I supposed to eat my side dishes so I had to drive back to KFC just for a fork they weren't busy there's no excuse why I should of not gotten one... Food was good hot perfect until I've seen my biscuit it was smashed so it did not look appetizing ... You need to ask and make sure you have everything you need before you take off... Could need a bit of more attention to order... Maybe next time it will be better ... But for now A 4star... But everything else was perfect hot n fresh

Usually the chicken at our KFC is very good but today it was extremely dry today! We had grilled chicken and Extra Crispy and both recipes today were very dry, we ended up throwing at least half of it away.

I ordered a TON of food for a big family dinner night and they didn't miss a single thing all the way down to the extra requested honey packets and napkins. Good customer service as well! Food was hot and fresh!

We stopped to eat at KFC as I had recent surgery and wanted mashed potatoes and gravy. Google said the dining room was open. Sadly Google was wrong because this KFC has not changed their ordering process. The franchise notifies Google of their status which they did not.

Mashed potatos came with the gravy on it i thought they came separately.... Breading on my 4piece was undercooked and not at all appetizing chicken was grey and lifeless. Last but not least the mac was hard and crusty instead of creamy and chessy...wont be going back to this one sadly

Oh the lady that helped me was SUPER KIND! It's just my husband and I both became quite sick after eating there. The Tenders tasted funny and we should have listened to our gut.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes, yet our food was old and cold when we got it. Good thing Popeyes wasn't too far away!

I ordered the gigantic box with 30 pieces of chicken potatoes gravy coleslaw. Biscuits and food was fresh, hot and tasty but the only problem was when I got home we realized they forgot the coleslaw so we had to go back. It was a busy holiday time but I think they need to spend more attention on their guests who come into the restaurant to order and less attention on the drive-thru cars.
