Western Steak House

This restaurant is under rated. Better than Sammy's or any other Mexican restaurant. We had the mixed fajitas for two. We took half of the fajitas home. The manager was very attentive to our needs as well as our manager. We were asked if our portion size was sufficient and even asked if we needed more rice and beans. This establishment serves steaks, hamburgers and Mexican food. You are given a basket of tortilla chips and and salsa when you come in. They are not an appetizer here for a charge. They are a lighter chip not too thick. I am very picky so I don't take this 5 star lightly. YOU HAVE TO GIVE IT A TRY!!!!

This is the absolute worse place I have ever been. I meet my mom here for mother's day lunch. We walked in there was not an employee to be seen there was a sign displayed when you walk in "wait to be seated" we stood there for 2 or 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there finally a woman stuck her head out from behind a corner and told us we could sit anywhere. Mind you we were the first ones in the restaurant a few others followed right after us. The waitress took our order needless to say my mom was served her food an hour later, then 15 minutes later my food came out it was terrible. I ordered the fried shrimp plate it was frozen 6 shrimp, that tasted freezer burnt. The other people that came in after us had already eaten and left. My mom was speaking to the waitress about the service and she commenced to yelling at my mom. The restrooms were filthy. One stall had no latch on the door the other no toilet paper and the handicap stall had feces on the toilet. DONT GO HERE! From reading other reviews I would speak to the owner or manager, it seems it would do no good!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T EAT HERE. It appears this place was bought by Tejas Cafe since the last time I have been a few years ago. I took my mom for Mothers day with my little sister and Fiance. We were the only people in the restaurant when we walked in (that should have been the first sign to leave). The waitress looked annoyed that someone showed up to eat and she had to do her job. She took our order WITHOUT a smile and you could barely hear her she spoke so soft. It was clear we were an inconvenience. When they brought our food, they got my moms order wrong, and when we let them know she looked very annoyed (I'm sorry you can't get an order right with only 2 families in a restaurant over the coarse of an hour). Finally we have all the correct food, my Fiance asked for A-1 for his steak and it was super watered down. Then the bill came, they wouldn't give me an itemized receipt, just a list of numbers. So I inquired why there seemed to be extra items on the list. They looked annoyed I was even asking and refused to give me straight answer. I can't be sure but I think they made me pay for my glass of water and my moms initial incorrect meal. IT WAS $72 for 4 PEOPLE and TERRIBLE SERVICE and NOT GOOD FOOD.
