Established breakfast/lunch restaurant with solid food and friendly service. On Wednesdays they stay open for dinner and have live entertainment. We tried their Supreme omelet and Reuben sandwich and both were very good.
Just picked up my food and I have nothing but positives to convey. Coney dog has great tasting chili. The hot dog had a great taste and was cooked well. The loaded tots weren't too wet or too dry; just perfect. Food was prepared quickly. Staff was friendly. I'll definitely be back.
Really great food. Loved the tater tots! Burger and patty melt were excellent. Try the sweet cream pancakes. So good! It's a true Mom and Pop operation.

They have Dearborn Brand hot dogs with skins on! They also have faygo pop, which from Michigan. Very good entertaining everything was excellent! I'll be going back
Found out they are originally from Detroit and so is the food, I'm originally from Detroit and have been craving some old fashioned Coney Island some we moved to California. Not only is the food authentic and amazing but the owners were also there just like in Detroit, working and making you feel at home. Such nice people and down home food!!!!!
I have been wanting to try their dinners! YES....they have one night that they serve dinner! You wouldn't know by driving by....minimal lighting outside.
I was told their Fish & Chips were as good as someplace else in Palm Desert and I HAD to try them....and yep....they are delicious!! Along with a great dinner, they had live music and wonderful service!

Great service, treated us like family. Food is comfort food at its best.
This place was super friendly, clean, offered good advice, fantastic eggs were cooked perfectly and pancakes manage to be different then other places(In amazing way). Also stuffed hashbrowns were the best I've ever had; flavor and ingredients, cheese was phenomenal.

Coney dog is the finest, along with the amazingly light, delicious chili, completed with a complementary, steamed non- imposing, also light, tasty bun. Did not have fries.
On Wednesday night, beyond expectations two piece, skilled, talented, energized band provides for a most unique, unexcelled, perfect fish & chips Wednesday evening experience. Oldsters, not at all imposing— an energized delight. Casual, yet, reservations are smart & respectful.

Today was my first visit. I felt like i was at someone's home. I get the impression it's a family restaurant. The woman at the counter was great. She had some regular customers and some newbies. We were all treated the same. The food was yummy. I had a patty melt done my way. I'll be back!!
