Red Lobster

Food was great. Waitress was very nice however she never checked back once food was delivered. My friend was upset by this especially because all we wanted was water. I wanted some lemon for my fish but never tracked her and I was 3/4 done by then. It took another nice wait person passing by who offered if she could help when she saw us trying to find her.

My wife and I ordered online and had a scheduled pickup time but had to wait an extra 15-20 mins. But after receiving our food we had some items missing and I was able to go back up and address what was missing and was given the items with no wait. Truly amazing business to be working this hard to ensure good customer service!

The best part about red lobster is the service and their cheddar biscuits. The Waiters were really nice and seemed very professional and the wait time for the food was some of the fastest I ever had. The reason why I don't give red lobster 5 stars though is because the food was sort of bland the clam chowder wasn't as good as I thought and lacked a lot of flavor, but everything else was great

Worst take out service I have ever encountered.I don't exactly know who is managing this location. I ordered over $100 dollars in food for take out. I picked it up and before leaving I checked and had a few things missing from my order. I let them know and got nothing but attitude. I waited an additional 30 mins to get that order complete as I had originally ordered 1 hour beforehand. After a long day and my son's birthday. Just to get home and the food tastes horrible. Cold and greasy and the lobster wasn't even cooked right. Never again will we go back. With this horrible experience and more horrible customer service. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere as well.
