Love thier viet coffee and Banh cuom dac biet. They have one of the best avocado smoothie. I also tried their avocado smoothie with durian and it taste delicious! It's not on the menu but you can always ask them to make it. 😉
Store is underrated because of hours and location. Food is 20% cheaper than the average. Avocado shakes aren't made of powder but a real avocado and it is to die for. I saw that at least 5 people who bought Vietnamese coffee within an hour so I guess that's good too.
Only ordered a bánh mì and pennywort/mung bean shake, but they were both fresh and flavorful. Exceptional value for the quality of food.
It is a small mom and pop restaurant. I love getting my Vietnamese snacks to go. They make yummy and affordable bahn bot loc. The Vietnamese iced coffee is strong and popular here. The people are nice and friendly too. Only thing is parking lot sucks.

I only come here for their Vietnamese coffee lol. Their coffee is the best around town. It's strong, not too sweet and have great flavor.
when I go there I get to joke around with the owner she very happy and listen to your joke and make you feel nice and her assistant is very friendly and people eat in there are very polite and happy best coffee you can taste the coffee but other place you only taste sugar or milk I like the egg roll
One of my to go places for dinner. Traffic is crazy even in the evening. Almost no parking. Only restaurant that isn't full house in the evening. Huge menu. If they change the furniture and update their menu it would bring in more clients. Very small family operated restaurant.
Check online and you can order food tray for party. It is delicious and you will be not disappointed!
