This place is bomb. Everyone is so kind, the food is delicious, portions are excellent, and the prices are some of the best in town. This place sees a lot of construction workers in the mid-morning, most of us coming from muddy jobsites, and despite that, the place stays pretty clean.

Nice spot for lunch, the dining area could use a refresh, the enchiladas and rice were really good, but the beans were dry and somewhat stale. Prices are extremely fair. Would eat here again.

Elena's is tucked away and easy to miss. They have great food at great prices. I eat here often when in the area because you can go broke in this area just trying to get lunch. The food is great and has good flavor. They sell drinks in bottles and cans. Not sure if they have rest rooms as I did not see any. Parking is limited to how busy the plaza is. Please note parking lot is directional. There are Ada spaces available. If your looking for a great economical place to eat this is a great spot to go.

This place is a hidden gem. I got the taco combo and it was delicious (especially the refried beans)! The portion size is generous and overall the prices were very good. The woman at the counter was so friendly and the food came out very fast.
