Very good employee, but there was only one of her, so in my 30min of free time before my class, I waited 15min for a sandwich. There was only one person in front of me, but he ordered 3 sandwiches. It was rush hour, so I spent my remaining 15 minutes driving to class and remaining hungry (meanwhile there were 3-4 people who came into the restaurant and I wish I could warn them without sounding impolite). This is NOT fast food. Honestly, this has happened to me with other subways, so I'm guessing there's systemic bad management overall to try to cut costs, but at the sacrifice of quality service for the customers. I'm not wasting my time with this joint in the future.

Horrible!!! I'm upset!!! I ordered my footlong online. Everything was okay. I went to go pick up my sandwich. When it was time to eat it, I simply pulled out my sandwich out of the bag and the other half fell out. I'm assuming they forgot to place a sticker on the wrap. Good Job! I'm still hungry now and I paid for a footlong when I only got half.

Customer service is really poor. Last time the girl was again in a bad mood saying so, so feeling sorry for her I gave her a 5 dollar tip. She always closes the doors locked and goes in back right at lunch or any time she doesn't wish to work apparently. Today at 1:20 I knocked on the door because the sign says OPEN and 2 of them came out saying that they are closed for restocking. Another customer was trying to figure out if they were OPEN OR CLOSED AT BE LUNCH?

This place is $hit I wanted tuna she said we making it in the back then she made me wait around 15 mins then came and said we don't have tuna I was like whattt r you saying you ft made me wait then came and say we don't have tuna I walked out mad. Bad services

If I could give this place a 0 start I would!!!!! I order my food online and for some reason it said it was canceled so I tried again and same thing! So I went to the store to order in person and tell me why once I get to the door it was locked and the lady was sittting down with 2 kids and I knocked and the lady completely ignored me!!!! Horrible horrible customer service! I did call corporate so hopefully they do something about it!

Walked in and they had a sign about 6”x 6” at the right hand side, not in front of the register that read debit card only and i asked debit card only just to make sure and the manager Priscilla responds with “that’s what it says” . Turned around and left.
Today I walked in and ordered cbr and she responds we don’t have chicken strips and repeat you don’t have any chicken and she replies with I said we didn’t have any strips long pause look with no options, I reply with what do you have? Sandwich was poorly made with an attitude.
This branch is always missing something including half of the menu.

I usually don’t write reviews but in this case I had to. Last two visit the customer service was bad. The girl with tattoo on her neck was rude both times making my sandwich. Rude for no reason smh . Please don’t let the girl with tattoo on her neck make your sandwich.

Employees are nice and friendly but that's about it. Sandwich was made terribly, and for a little bit of Sriracha and got a squirt of it on each side and sandwich wasn't well prepared it fell apart as the employee was wrapping it. Also the salad had little lettuce and when asked for ranch it ended up being a packet of ranch instead of adding it into the salad and mixing it. And to top it off it took 30 minutes for 4 people ahead of me ordering a sandwich each.
