My favorite birthday cake is from here! Pandan cake with strawberries in the middle. 💚 Have to order it at least a day ahead so they can custom make it for you, but it's very light and not too sweet. Very different from most American cakes, which are very heavy and cloyingly sweet in comparison. I've had cakes from them for over 20 years so far, I think. The egg tarts and patê choux(?) are nice treats, too.

Our family have been getting our cake here for over 40 years. A medium is $17 and a large is around $26, such a good deal. The reason why we love the cake here is because it's not too sweet while being the perfect balance of flavors. The cakes are pre-bake and upon ordering they will ask you what colors you want your flowers and what message. You pick two colors for the flowers. You also have the option of adding almonds at no additional cost on the sides of the cake--we always do. We also always get the half coconut and half strawberry cake and a size medium is usually perfect for a party of 8 people or so. A gem place for sure.

They have cakes ready to go here, It was last minute and we we're rushing. Walked in they had different size cakes ready to roll, we purchased the biggest size cake they had and it was $21 bucks, really affordable. They add writing and flowers and almonds (if you like) to your cake and your literally in and out within minutes. The fillings are either strawberry or strawberry & coconut. The couple working that day were nice people. Not sure if they we're the owners. They have goodies inside and birthday candles, snacks & good luck charms / toys. Located on el cajon blvd right on the corner across the street from A'chaus. Remember this place is Cash Only.

Been coming here for a couple decades now. Usually for their strawberry cake. It's so delicious without being too sweet like many places. The cake is always moist, soft, and fresh. The prices are too cheap in my opinion, so I always give a pretty big tip just to compensate for what I think I should be paying. Customer service is good. They aren't very smiley or upbeat people, but they have the best intentions.
