I walked in and was on my phone and saw two ladies in the back of the restaurant talking. I politely waited to be asked if I was ready to order and they both stood there and glanced over at me while they continued to have their conversation. I waited approximately five minutes before one of the ladies gave out a heavy sigh and walked up to the counter and stated, “if you want me to take your order, you need to get off of your phone”. I said, “did you just tell me to hang up my phone to take my order?” and she answered with aggravated reply of “yes I did”. I don’t know what is going on with customer service now in days, but this place sure ranks up high in my book for not having any. Please do some retraining McDonald’s

Very slow service looks like the cashier was the only one working
Take me 13 minutes to take my order and 5 to getting done ...like a say he was the only one working i guess or the reste of the Crue in brake ..no more fore me

They care too much about taking orders rather then filing them. Management needs to learn how to motivate their crew. I was in line for entirely to long. Because they were making my food fresh. It only takes little over 3 minutes for chicken and quarter pounder meat. Same with fries. Assuming you're completely out.
