We ordered our food bean and cheese burrito and I had 2 beef tacos/enchillada our food was really good. We listend to good music then we left.

So I've been here twice, once about a year ago and the other a couple days ago. The first time I came, from what I remember, I had a California Burrito that was really good. This recent time I had some Carne Asada fries and when I took a bite of the steak and cheese on top, it was delicious.
However, I didn't know there would be beans inside the fries, that didn't taste BAD but weren't the best addition to it. My mom had the surf style fries I think, but ultimately, I recommend Burritos here.

This Cotija’s at this location on Black Mountain road is the best. We get the best service always. Their California burritos, shrimp tacos and shrimp quesadillas are the best. Love their carrot bags and hot marinated peppers. We’ve tried other Cotija’s and none is as good as this one.

My Vegie Burrito was quite sizeable and tasty ( I know, I already said that ). Big size such that I had the other half the next day for lunch.
Also loved the 5 Fish Rolled Tacos and I can't forget the hot sauce was very good too!

Favorite place for good quality Mexican food. Still a taco shop but imo I prefer these over sit down restaurants. They have a tasty salsa bar and you usually can't go wrong with anything on their menu. The meat is pretty good compared to ordinary taco shops so if you're looking for that, no need to look much further

Food is good, folks are great, just a heads up that it gets pretty busy during lunch so wait times will be affected. Their salsa roja is distinct and flavorful. Pricing is bit high but can we do, everything is going up.
