As I was checking out after placing an order, I realized that there was no way my to-go box would fit in my backpack for the long bike ride home, but the cashier - Isabella - was kind enough to repackage the order in several smaller boxes. She could have easily been annoyed by having to completely repackage the order, but she had a positive & genuinely helpful attitude. It might seem like a small detail, but the contagiously positive attitude makes all the difference for the customer experience. Thanks Isabella!

Living in Pacific beach there's not too many options for Chinese food. If you're looking for a quick fix or a holdover till you can get some quality sit down Chinese food than Panda Express is a good option.

Not only a yummy place to eat, and one of the better tasting Panda's (IMO), but the staff is also amazing. Lost my earring today and began backtracking all of the places I went and called this location to see if anyone had turned my earring in. The staff pulled up their camera footage from earlier in the day to let me know that I still had my earring on at the time of my visit! Without even asking, they went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate the effort. Thank you Gabby for all of your time and help! You are sincerely appreciated :)

I’ve come to this panda for the few months on my lunch breaks and I have to say I’ve never had a bad experience here. The service is always with a smile and even during slammed times I’ve seen manger gabriela keep a smooth flow of orders going out. The lobby is always cleaned there’s never a plane I wouldn’t sit to eat .
