Mauricio's Restaurants - La Jolla - Photo album

We are back in town for a little bit and we had to get good Mexican food. We were in the area running errands and stopped by to get Burritos. My husband opted for a breakfast burrito and I went with a Carne asada. They offer green or red hot sauce. It's not really spicy but it adds good flavor. We
One of my best friends has a house down the street, and because of him, I've been coming here for years. I spend about half of my life outside of the US in places that have nothing even close to a burrito, so when I got back in a few days ago, the first thing my wife and I did was come here. 5 stars
Mauricio's was our last stop on our Tuesday Taco Tour. We shared 5 mini tacos (2 chicken & 3 carnitas) and sat outside to enjoy them. We both ranked it 1st for their delicious mini tacos & awesome service.
Excellent veggie burritos and fish tacos. Authentic Baja experience. I loved hearing nothing but Spanish during my lunch hour. Feels like a beach vacation in Mexico.
Great tacos and burritos. Salsa was good and the hot sauce complimented well actually.
Great rolled tacos, probably one of my favorites. They also have a really tasty California burrito. My only complaint is I think they close too early (10pm).
Very good taco spot, the cabeza taco was super tender
OMG, the food was amazing! Reminded me so much of my grandmother's cooking. Place is really super small, has outdoor seating combined pretty decent but plan accordingly. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes that you get. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
Clean, friendly, delicious, and very reasonably priced dishes are always available when you're in tbe mood for Mexican cuisine. In this "You get what you pay for" world, you are in for a treat with these well seasoned and prepared delights from south of the border. Very generous portions as well. Yo
The food here is yummy. I usually go for the infamous taco shop classics. I've tried the Cali burrito , carne asada burrito & carne asada chips they were all delicious, and the burritos are heavy lol. Parking lot is small ,but since ppl are always in and out of the lot your usually able to find park
I went because it was close by and I was craving something both specific and basic, a burrito with just beans, cheese, and rice. Holy hell I was not prepared for the size of this burrito. And I know it was basic, but it was good. It still is good! I haven't finished it yet! I also added on the potat
Travel Nursing in SD and decided to stop by here this place is delicious and has awesome service! I will most definitely be back. Yum 😋 everything is prepared really well. A+ Authentic Mexican food 😍
Really good California burrito. Although the wait to get it after we ordered was long. Ordered one and cut it in 1/2 for two people. One burrito, a bottle of coke and a medium horchata, $19.
This is a bit more than a regular taco shop. I've been going here for 20+ years and love it. My favorite go-to is the chili verde burrito.
As someone who loves Menudo, I gotta say this place is usually pretty good. Most of the time, they serve up some tasty Menudo that hits the spot. Of course, like any spot, they might have their off days, but overall, it's a solid choice for satisfying your Menudo cravings.
As a Menudo fan, I have found that the quality of this particular place is consistently good. I enjoy visiting here as the experience is mostly satisfying, with delicious Menudo served. However, like any restaurant, there are occasional off-days. Overall, it's a great place to satisfy your Menudo cr
Great food and ok prices. Ordered several items over the years. Would definitely recommend.
