This very little restaurant is the best Chinese Szechwan food we have ever had. Such a little gem. The service was wonderful, the restaurant is very beautiful. They do not take reservations and it makes sense that they don’t. The entrees Tangerine Beef, House Lo Marin and Mu Shu Pork all 5+ stars
Really pretty atmosphere, friendly service, cozy, and great Chinese food! Recommend! We got two entres, drinks, and two apps, and came down to just under $40 per person—super reasonable for this area! Came away with plenty of leftovers too
Our experience was SO wonderful! We unknowingly stopped in for dinner while they were in a soft-open, only technically taking to-go orders, however-- they took us to a table and gave us great attention. Amazing food and service with another location! Chin’s Szechwan is our go to Chinese restaurant whenever we’re down in the area. We were stoked to see that they opened another location in La Jolla, which makes it even more convenient for us. You gotta get the Beef & Broccoli and pot stickers!

Staff was very nice and helpful when I went to pick out some lunch for me and my friends. Food was really good as well. The honey walnut shrimp was my favorite!

We went for dinner last week, but we were sad to find out dining wasn't open yet. We got some take out instead and took it to the beach. It was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be back!
