My first experience at Ukai Sushi and now it’s my go to for vegan rolls when I’m in the area. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and super quick service. We ordered a miso soup and three rolls: dragon (with tofu), fried sweet potato (warm) and don’t remember the name of the last one (with pickles) and they were the bomb. Highly recommend!!
Came in Sunday evening with my boyfriend, we tried a couple of their signature rolls that they recommended when We asked them what we should get based on what we liked and they were soooo good, ones I liked most was the toro salmon that they were torched and their Leto lobster was so good and warm. Overall everything was 11/10, servers were nice and attentive. I live in the city and can’t wait to come back again!!

THE best sushi place I’ve been to since I’ve lived in Chicago. Everything was fresh and came to the table fast with amazing service. The volcano roll is WONDERFUL! Served with beet and radish garnish. So, So, So good. Sashimi was so good, so fresh. We had such an amazing experience here. Will definitely be returning often.
Sushi and beef was amazing! The servers were really sweet and the bathrooms were very clean. I went twice in a row! Peaceful atmosphere, highly recommend :)

This is the best sushi place in the western suburbs. The entire staff treats every customer with respect, and they provide a very friendly and family oriented atmosphere. Every single employee is well trained and very efficient with their customers. Thanks Sushi Ukai, you have a customer for life
