Sonic Drive-in

Waited 20 minutes for cold onion rings. They didn't ring up my order, and had to take my card inside the process it. It's pretty obvious that the crew tonight was trying to siphon cash payments into their pocket by not ringing up the orders and creating a ticket. I'll be reaching out to the owner tomorrow.

Order a cheese Coney, tater tots and a root beer. Then for my mom I order a sonic cheese burger with mustard and no tomato and no pickles and no ketchup. and onion rings with a frozen strawberry lemonade. Here is what I got no cheese Coney cold tater tots. The sonic cheese burger had 5 pickles and ketchup all over it. Onion rings were raw not cooked done and frozen strawberry lemonade had ice in it not frozen at all. ROOT BEER was the only thing we could eat. But it is hard to miss up something that comes from a soda machine. Last time eating at the sonic in LaFollette tenn.

I doordash food from this place and my order was completely messed up the manager said it's not her fault call door dash and they had an invalid number a employee named Brandon said he seen our order so we asked if we could come give them the wrong order and get the right order he said hang on u need to ask the manager and she said no I'm not giving u a refund and I'm not letting u swap ur order even tho it's there. Ridiculous talk about needing a big change in management. I've worked in food service before I know how it works. Called corporate hopefully they are reprimanded for refusing to do what's right.i mean how hard can it be to give u the order that is right there. I spent so much money there I will never spend another dime there again

Ordered two combos m, a chicken sandwhich and two of the footlong hot dogs. What we got was great according to the others but this is now the second time we haven’t even received the hotdogs we ordered. Is it because we’re using doordash? They weren’t included in either bag but could have. Very disappointing, especially since my meal was specifically a hotdog. Had to make ramen for me and my bro while the family were eating Sonic. You can do so much better Sonic.
