I don't know if these reviews do anything or not. But I have to say this Burger King has gone down hill. We will not be back. My Whopper with cheese had some kind of hot freeto chips on it. Food was cold and do not get me started on the tomatoes and the lettuce. So so bad!! Really if we want a good cheeseburger we will be going to Wendy's!!!

Went to the drive thru and ordered a Whopper plus mustard and a 8 pc chicken nuggets. Order was correct and the food was good. Fast service too. Friendly lady was at the window and she was smiling and laughing. It's nice to see someone like that. I enjoyed my visit and will return again. I recommend this Burger King in Jacksboro TN.

Oh where do I begin? I placed a mobile order this evening and went to pick it up. I had selected the option to pick up inside. What the app didn't reveal was that the inside was closed and only the drive-thru was open. The drive-thru went rather quickly, so I assumed all was going smoothly, but my mistake was not checking the accuracy of my order before I took it home. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with no pickles, a bacon double cheeseburger with no ketchup, and a bacon double cheeseburger as is. Every single one of them was wrong. To make matters worse, they were all single bacon cheeseburgers. It's frustrating to have to return to a restaurant due to inaccuracy of the staff, especially knowing the drive-thru line would likely be longer (and it was), but I returned calmly and explained the situation. The workers were nice enough, but I had to correct the person THREE TIMES as she was calling back to the grill line on what was to be remade. When I got my remade burgers, I pulled into the lot, checked my order for accuracy, and much to my surprise, I had not two, but three burgers. All were bacon doublr cheeseburgers, thankfully. It was dark, so I couldn't really check for accuracy of toppings until I made it home, but they all looked alright. By the time I got home, of course my onion rings were cold because I left them behind, but I could reheat. No big deal. But still, of the three bacon cheeseburgers that they cooked to replace the two that were wrong, they ALL had ketchup! In fact, one of them had no pickles, no mustard, but it had friggin ketchup! I'm done with this BK. The food was decent for fast food, but seriously, I feel like I lost a chunk if brain cells by going here. I'm going to take some medicine for this busting headache now...

Got to be the worst case of mismanagement of any of the local fast food restaurants. Overpriced and the service sucks. Ordered 3 whoppers fries and drinks was given my fries and condiments but not my burgers. Upon returning I was blamed for driving off without my burgers. After clearing up the fact it was burgerkings fault the manager didn't offer to make it right. I should've gotten fresh fries since mine were cold when I got back.
