Been reading reviews and decided to try The Local. Drove 30 minutes to get there and will do it again, and again, and again. Ordered a ribeye steak with fries and green beans. Only $17. Steak was cooked spot on, fries were the best in Anderson County, and the green beans were delicious. Service
The food is great and they have a wonderful family menu. They serve a fantastic steak and there are very tasty homemade desserts that the whole family will love. I like the daily specials. There is something for everyone.

Very clean . Food was awesome and our waitress was on top of it. My husband and kids had cheeseburgers with ff, mom had chicken livers dinner and I had an hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes ,gravy and cole slaw. Top it off with Raspberry Cheese Cake from Lacy's Cakes.
