I have been coming to this Panera bread for years, and it’s always been a great experience. Friendly staff, very clean. Group of 6 people went there for lunch. Our orders were written on paper and explained clearly. 3 of 6 orders were wrong. After complaining, another 15 min goes on and again one order is wrong. Embarrassed me in front of guests. Terrible service. They expect a tip too.

Consistently delicious and allegedly healthy. The foods are creatively created to bring the best flavors to your taste buds. Good customer service, plenty of parking, and fast turn around.

Wi-fi is dismal, less than 1 mbps at around 6pm. I'd avoid this Panera if you're trying to get work done. The one in Studio City is consistently 70-100 mbps.

The food was fantastic. Iove their food every time I go.. food 5 stars. Staff 2 stars. The staff at this location really need to get their attitude in check. I ordered a large meal and I had 2 drinks. The place to pick up food when your device buzzes is the same place as the take out/Doordash order

Food as always was great, line was slow, but got my food fast.

Food is constantly good at multiple locations but trouble with the app for online ordering. Did get the pickup as requested in a timely manner. The chicken almond sandwich is great, love the pickle too but remember to tell them to include it with each order.

I really love their food. I've ordered many items from their menu and have yet to be disappointed. My favorite is the spinach, avocado breakfast sandwich, and though it's actually rather healthy, I am on a very strict diet for health reasons, so I'll definitely miss their food. Good service, too! Hu
