Firehouse Pizzeria And Grill

We got burgers and they were juicy, buns were soft and the toppings were all fresh. One of the best burgers I've had in awhile. I got the side salad which was lettuce, cheese, olives, onions and tomatoes. While my husband got the fries which had a good seasoning on them. They did mess up our order but they made it right nice and quick. The website desperately needs a facelift and the decorations/furniture could also do with an upgrade but with the excellent food it is worth it to come again.

Amazing service. Amazing food. I will be back. The owners Scott and Andrea are humble and professional. Andrea was kind and very interactive with my 4 sons. They loved it. As a former chef of 8+ yrs the food tasted fresh. And the recipes had a taste of authenticity and experience. The servers were on point and we never had to ask for anything. They saw it and took initiative to please us as customers. Great job!!! Highly recommended.

Server was very nice but too young to really handle complaints. Fries were over cooked and were gross and hard. Server stated that the oil needed to be changed. Wow. Fish, in the fish and chips was also overcooked. Asked for grilled onions on the burger, got maybe a teaspoon worth, not enough to taste. Won't be coming back here. Whoever owned this place before did a much better job.

Food was just as amazing as the old location. We were hesitant to eat here after so many low reviews when ownership and location changed. This has always been our favorite place to get burgers and fries in the whole valley! However, we hadn't tried the food since the new location opened. We just ate there tonight, family of 6, and the food was delicious! The service was awesome too! There was one waitress on staff and she always made sure we had full cups and checked in with us just the right amount of times. The food was fresh and not dripping with grease. It tasted wonderful and we will definitely be back again! The name on the receipt was Tahya, if that was the waitresses name she deserves kuddos from management ;)

If you have any of the old free pizza cards you better throw them away unless you want to be interrogated by the owner himself and the wait staff. It's not that hard to just say "sorry we don't honor those cards." The pizzas were still good but the customer service definitely needs improvement. I do not like being accused of stealing!
