I've been eating here a while. On a whole, orders are quick, good, and accurate. I wish Sonic would improve their app.
Just simply got an ice water with extra lemons and limes. I don't think anyone has ever ordered that there before because there was some confusion as to what I wanted...lol anyway, the service was quick and friendly.
After waiting 10 minutes for my two ice cream cones, they gave them to someone who drove up after me and had not even ordered yet.

I have been there 3 times this week. Each one of those times they messed up my order, didn't bring me all my food,or even the right food. They didn't even do seperate orders right. They need to listen more, make sure they have ALL the RIGHT food before they come bring it out, and take orders correct
