The tanner crab here is the win as well as the dessert. Most all the other food was marginally good to ok. 6 people ate here twice and that really the only item that was great.
Like others have said, service is sort of spotty, the waitstaff are pleasant but not real attentive, but then it is Kodiak so you need to manage your expectations, I did not review this the first few times because I wanted to get a feel for the day of the week and season. Crowds do pick up after May
Went to Chart Room to celebrate a birthday. Service from Blanka our bartender was on point. She was personable and professional. Great smile and made sure we enjoyed our visit.

The service was wonderful. The lady bartending/waiting tables by herself that night was a superstar and quite friendly. The salmon burger was not particularly great honestly, but the fried calamari was excellent. And the drinks were on point. I would eat there again if I stayed at the hotel again.
Service was excellent and food was pretty good. Portion size was a lot more than I expected. So needless to say, all around great experience.

The food here is excellent! Great crab cakes, awesome crab macaroni and cheese, delicious Philly, and good burgers. I've eaten here a few times and always had a great experience. The views of the harbor are very enjoyable, especially in the evenings. Even when it is busy the bartender works her butt
I must say our server was new, but only appeared to have our table and ringing tabs. SUPER SLOW service. Had to bus my own table. Order wrong. Food only ok...expected a whole lot more. Not going back on my nickle..
