Ordered family order of breadsticks. Cold marinara 4 cups. Asked to warm them. Came back lukewarm 3 cups. Asked to warm them again, finally got warm sauces they said we're "really hot, careful". They were just warm enough. Asked for parmesan cheese. Brought one shaker 1/3 full. Asked for more. Broug

It was like a breath of fresh air stopping at Knoxville’s Pizza Hut!!! I knew as soon as we walked in they had new management!!! Service was great and very friendly!! Her name was Pam. Food was awesome overall great experience!! We will be back now that they have new management!!!
It's sad that we don't have many places to choose from to eat. This area is busy enough they could add a few more places. Anyway pizza has just ok pizza. They never add the extra sauce, I'm pretty sure there was no extra cheese either. No flavors for the boring crust. So it's as good as the gas stat
The location refused to honor a deal which the app said was available there. I would not have ordered those pizzas unless they were on special. I placed the order online and was told my total for the items was 21.98 (pretax). When I arrived, the cashier said that special was not available at Highway
The pizza and pasta was perfectly cooked. The staff greeted me when I walked in.
