Customer service was awesome! Food was fresh and they included all the things I needed to eat my food. Didn't forget straws or sauces and the lady at the drive-thru was very friendly and nice. Definitely would recommend going to this Burger King.

We had a large order, the manager sent someone out to inform us about the wait and asked if we wanted a drink. Friendly staff during a morning rush and manager made sure to make up for the wait.

I love their original chicken sandwiches specifically at this one. It isn't cold or just unappetizing like at some others. I also use a coupon for 4.99 to get 2 and 2 fries! That tells you how much I can eat as well😂😂😂

Order quarter pound w cheese. Didn't like the sweet bun. No tomatoes or lettuce.

We went through drive around 215 pm today. There was no one in line and we were told to hold on a few minutes. The girl taking our order was extremely rude. Couldn't even finish speaking before she asked is that all is that all. Special ordered one of the burgers and it was wrong. I understand places are short staffed, but really? The order was not complicated.

We are from Houston. The burger kings in our area are normally ok but the one on Emery in Powell was Terrible. Our order was wrong.....I know burgers are never going to look like a commercial...no mustard on a mustard burger, no cheese on either, and my burger was supposed to have extra veggies....looked like someone stepped on it....We found out when we got back to the room and we were just too tired to deal with it. Called the Burger King and spoke to their manager. They refused to refund our money because we didn't have the food but we did have the receipt. We ate what we could and tossed the remainder in the trash. Burger King actually asked for the remaining food before they could process a refund but they did offer a food replacement with a receipt....We don't want a nasty food replacement. Burger King - you can keep the $20.

I like BK a lot, this specific place took a long time for the food to come out. We asked for sauces and they charge us for each one of them which, I never seen them do that. Place was clean they were nice too, so it wasn't too bad.

Ordered food from the drive thru today. Fries were very cold and extremely stale. Inedible. We threw most of them out.
Mozzarella sticks were cold. Not even warm. Also tasted terrible.
Whopper was good. Fish sandwich was ok but not great. Service was good and friendly.
This is not the first time I've gotten bad food here. I've given them several chances but I don't think I will go back to this location any more.
