After a miserable day, I ordered a pizza and side through online delivery from this location. It was estimated to take between 20 and 40 minutes, but after over two hours of waiting, the order failed and I was told to go to the location to pick it up—when I was arrived, I was told the order was not even there.
The only redeeming part of my experience were the two young men working in the kitchen when I arrived at 11:30 PM on April 1—they quickly remade my order and gave it to me without complaint.
The delivery service was enough to ruin an evening, but the workers at location could not be praised further. I wish I had gotten their names to mention here.

The people are great! However, the process of receiving my order hours late, or having it canceled, or having to pick it up when the app says delivery in 20-37 minutes is ridiculous. I’ve actually never had a smooth ordering process here.
They’re probably horribly understaffed and need more delivery drivers for a highly populated student area. Also, for those in the 37920 zip code, @Dominos please let the store on Chapman actually deliver to the area so to take off some stress from these guys.

Best dominos ordering experience I’ve had! I ordered online and it was so quick and everything was correct and the driver even called me to let me know my order was at the front door. Fantastic!

Placed an order around 2 hours before they closed for delivery. Waited 45 minutes to only then receive a notification that my order had been cancelled. If I could leave zero stars, I would, as this is no way to run a business. Of course, wait an hour to let me know you can’t make my order so all the other restaurants in the area can close and leave me with nothing to eat for dinner.

Went and picked up our food and didn't check it, got home and our parm bites and pizza were burnt and hard as a rock, so I took it back to see if they could remake it(no one would answer the phone) and dude refused to remake my order and was completely rude then denied giving me his name and when I asked for a manager he said he was,, absolutely terrible service.... They're facing the problem a lot of places are in not having enough staff, so the company that built pizza delivery can't. I realize it's out of their hands to some extent, but I'm deleting the app from my phone after this post.

This franchise location upcharges on nationwide promotions but does their best to try and hide this when you place an order online. I find this to be a misleading business tactic and plan to go with other delivery options when in Fort Sanders in the future.
When I have ordered in the past the food has been what you would expect from Dominos, but the wait times can get extremely long as others have mentioned. This isn't too surprising given the location though.

Very sad at Dominos. This location has a hard time communicating that they have a long wait time. This is causing a 2 hour wait time, I wouldn’t have even known if I didn’t call, putting their workers through it. To top it off management LIED and told us it was on the way, one hour later… nothin :( 3 stars because of the great deals
