Dunkin'

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Every single time I’m there they are so rude and short with me. Everyone I talk to about this feels the same way. I understand that food service is a stressful time, and college students don’t make it easier. But never have I felt compelled to tell a cashier to “learn to be polite.” I have never even felt compelled to write a review. But the employees at this store have been so rude on so many occasions I felt I needed to share. If this restaurant wasn’t on my meal plan I would never have ventured back the several times I’ve been. Moving forward I will never return to this location, and I strongly suggest making the short walk to the Starbucks locations on campus.

i ordered my regular drink and the counter woman was very rude (as always) and then i proceeded to wait 30 min for my drink before asking them about it. once they realized they forgot about my drink they asked for my order (medium iced chai latte with 3 espresso shots and almond milk) but they then proceeded to make the wrong drink giving my an iced latte with whole milk and 1 espresso shot like they wanted to kill me. i am upset and boycotting this DD.
