Hands down the BEST local Dunkin location vs others in the area. I will gladly drive the extra bit out of the way for a coffee from this location. The staff is always friendly and my coffee is always made exactly how I order it- and to perfection! The baked goods (donuts, bagels) are fresh and tasty
I don't know who they had back there training today but yeesh. Waited five minutes at the drive through for someone to say welcome but never did. Drove up and they were blaring explicit rap music loudly. And their iced coffee looked like tea and was watered. The ladies at the front remade it for me
Horrible experiences the last few times I have come through. Today my order was 100% the BOTH times it was made and remade. Please just pay attention and repeat the order back to make sure it’s correct. My coffee order is not your guessing game. I can’t even give less than one star.
I waited for 10 minutes for a frozen coffee and a doughnut. I finally got my coffee which is essentially blended ice and an touch of coffee and no doughnut because they “ forgot”. Not worth the time.
I went inside to place a doughnut and drink order. I waited right under 20 minutes for one of the two women that were working behind the counter to take my order. About the time I started to walk away one of the women came to the counter. She was nice and apologized for the wait. I bought one dozen
The service at this Dunkin donuts is horrible I literally sat in line for 11 minutes waiting for service before I decided to drive off . I also asked the person that was running the drive-through if they were still there and she said sorry about the way I'll be with you in a minute.
We went to the drive thru. Our doughnuts were fresh and yummy.
They were very rude when I said I ordered a large and was given a medium instead. Drink wasnt flavorful, basically just warm overpriced milk.
