This is the only chik fil a in knoxville that i have ever had issues with. They are slow. The food is fine but god forbid you work at the mall and only get a 30 min lunch. You wont have time to eat your food by the time they get it to you. The are only about 3 employees that are friendly or even sho

Like all Chick-fil-A restaurants, extremely helpful and courteous staff. Lines moved quickly, staff were attentive without rushing customers and the food (as always) was hot and delicious.

Best fast food restaurant anywhere! Always nice and courteous to everyone! Always enjoy eating there and never have had a bad experience at any location! Chik-fil-A has set the standard!

Big time Chick-fil-A fan here, but must say I have never been satisfied with the service or quality at this location. Extremely slow and overall quality is much less than any other Chick-fil-A in the Knoxville market.

Courteous employees who call you by name and the food is excellent. For a in-the-mall location this is a really good one. Such a great company.
