The item is a crunchwrap. I live 5 minutes away so it definitely shouldn't have been soggy. Not one crunch. The shell ended up feeling like a wet taco shell. The wrapper was dripping juice from the amount of tomato. Even the bag was wet. Not from grease either.

Normally my order is perfect. But tonight I really enjoyed picking the lettuce and tomato out of my burrito. This is why I stick to the simple items that don't have the veggies. It's hard to mess that up. But once again thank you for being there for me.

they were incredibly busy and forgot my hubands taco, but we agreed it’s not a big deal. the lady at the window was so incredibly nice even as rushed as she was. they’ve always been so nice to me here. if you complain about the quality, it’s taco bell. it was probably made to the standard that your two dollars pays for. also nacho fries are back

Poor customer service. Very nearly 0. There greeting is, "What do you want?!" instead of more pleasant, "how can I help you." But what do you expect from Taco Bell?

Went to the drive thru Friday night at 10:30 and never got any service and employees were never seen and cars backed all the to the front of the building and that is not acceptable one bit. Where was the manager at?

They never get my order right.....me and my husband had not been in quite sometime, thought we would try again.....chicken chalupa with nacho cheese, no sour cream...it was rang up correctly, so I paid for cheese.....get home...guess what, once again sour cream instead of cheese.....meat was cold, was not good at all.....last chance Taco Bell.....

It's Taco Bell people, you get what you pay for.
They do a pretty good job here, especially considering they are shorthanded employees. I also work in food service, so I get it. I'm just happy I didn't have to make my own dinner after work!! 😉
