My sandwich was so good. The windows and doors need some cleaning...but, other than that good.

Been going to this location for couple years, just because I like subway sandwiches, but as far as the customer service goes, this is one of the poorest store, always lack of employe during the lunch our. As you can see in the picture store manager is the only on duty person during the lunch hour.

To the girl working by herself...I feel your frustrations. To the girl working by herself...I understand not being able to catch a break. To the girl working by herself...I was trying to be helpful to you, but instead you gave me a negative attitude. To the girl working by herself... hustling, I still tipped you and apologized. We all have our moments, it will always be a part of life...it's not the customer's fault for lack of store help. Still be kind...and remember we have all been there.

Best one in Knoxville TN and they are the nicest people that work there 😁

One of the employees there is just AWESOME! He's incredibly friendly and never seems to be having a bad day. Some of the other's..I don't know yet well enough but I hope their work ethic improves. It's a catch 22 whether the food will be fresh or not though. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are to die for!

I’ve ordered from this location at least 20 times in the past. Recently ordered from the app to this location but the app messed up but still charged my account. So I figured the order went through the app was just messing up. So I go to the store and they have no order from me there. Instead of trying to make it right and fix where it charged me, I was asked “have we seen you before”. Very unprofessional. Especially when it charges you for food you don’t get.
