Burger King - Knoxville - Photo album

When arriving at 9:18pm, my son and I were told by the manager that they were only doing take out orders now. There were at least two families in the dining area but I guess 40 minutes before they close is when the owner of this business doesn’t want customers sitting down. Talk to your manager, own
USED to be good. Not sure if they just got a whole new staff or not staffed enough but the last three times I’ve went my food was cold or inedible. Got two impossible wipers with cheese this time and by the time I got to my house 2 mins away they were ice cold. I don’t actually thing they were warm
This was a good stop for a meal on the road, 2.1 miles from exit but well worth it, not as busy as others and staff were very professional
Understaffed. Not worth stopping here if you have big families or in a hurry. If you see that the drive through line is long, don't think that you can go inside and get faster service.. They care more about drive though than dine in. C
I have had a problem the last 3 or 4 times eating there with food being on the cold side. Staff was nice , lobby and bathrooms were very clean. Would have had a higher rating if food was hot
Food is hit or miss. Either really good and fresh or old and kinda stale. Also not really sure one drive thru worker even knows if he's working at bk or not.
Worst visit ! Went to Merchant Rd .BK first and could not get any service, then I drove to Clinton Hwy BK slow service, rude manager, then I asked for Honey Mustard for my son's French Fries and was told they would charge me for it. Thankfully this is my last visit to either one of them!!!!!!
This Burger King is good. Conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. Friendly staff.
