Visited Caption Jack Fish & Chicken on 6/7/2022 and it was Wonderful!! My family has visited Knoxville for over 40 years and have never ate such good food. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment. After eating I had to go back through drive thru and applauded the manger for great customer service.
Had a small catfish dinner with slaw, green beans, and a roll. Glad I didn't order the large! 2 Hand-sized filets perfectly fried. Tartar sauce tasted great, I suspect homemade. Green beans, I just didn't need more starch, they were canned but served hot. I'll be back for more from Captain Jack's!
Ordered one of the Shrimp plates and was not disappointed. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The only thing is they have a different menu than what is on there website. As of when I went they only have takeout and drive up ordering no in dining.
This place is super good. I'm from Louisiana and have been let down by almost every seafood place up here until Captain Jack's. When I have friends and family visit we typically swing by here at least once.
Hands down one of the best East side restaurants... Food is always fresh and good!! I can’t say enough literally. The chicken wings, fresh collard greens and gulf shrimp are good!! Only thing they are missing is a good Mac and cheese recipe and corn rolls..I don’t like how they’re stingy with the r
My first experience with the shrimp wasn’t too great, however after several friends highly recommended the catfish I decided to give it another shot, which I normally wouldn’t do. And I’m super glad I did. Absolutely delicious 😋 10/10 definitely recommend.
First time ever stopping and I'm very pleased and impressed. Business was slow and only drive through was open but the guy quickly came and opened the door to let me in rather then force me instead drive though.. very nice selection of fish chicken and other seafood 😋 👌
Very awesome food, and nice people. My daughter just had surgery and we where trying to find a place for my daughter to use the bathroom. Most places on that strip didn't let people dine in for covid. The lady seen me at the door and let us in so she could use the bathroom. As I was wanting I decide
