Mr. Gatti's Pizza

We booked the Tenesee room for my nephews birthday and really enjoyed reading expereince!! The service was great, the employees are very accommodating. A few of our group including myself have some dietary restrictions and they fired 2 specialty pizzas and made a fresh order of bread sticks for us. The room was the perfect size for our needs. The game selection had options for all ages and preference. The get were fair and winnable, I even won a 1000 ticket jackpot. Bumper cars were great fun too. I would recommend this place for a lay child's birthday party. One star lost as the salad bar wasn't very fresh, and the mac and cheese could use some work. Minor issues, admittedly, but worth noting for those looking for vegetarian or vegan options.

It's sad the way this place has gone downhill over the years. The food they still have is good, but the variety is much less than it was. The salad bar no longer has cottage cheese, potato salad, black olives. If you can still find an employee - they are rather sparse today - you might ask for a pizza which used to be something you could do at the register but they didn't ask us this time. There aren't that many Gatty's left in the US but it would be nice if the ones that were left were still kept up the way they used to be.

It's always a good experience, I enjoy the salad bar options and the Buffalo chicken pizza. The games are reasonable and kids enjoy playing them. They have some games that a 2yo could play like the duck or bee game, skeeball and air hockey for the pre teens, and racing/shooting/fruit ninja for teens and adults like me who enjoy fun. The birthday parties for kids is the biggest plus for this establishment with 10 kids getting pizza, a drink, $10 play time, and a room for 90 min.

Disgusting food- the only thing kind of okay on the buffet was the dessert pizza. Many of the games in the arcade were either halfway working or completely out of order. When we went to cash in prize tickets, the scanner they used to keep track of the tickets was (surprise!) broken. Abysmal service- the person working behind the prize counter just walked off without saying anything, never to return. The young man who replaced her was extremely rude and completely ignored the fact that we had been waiting and started helping the group of people who were in line behind us. When I told him that we hadn't got to finish spending our tickets, he shrugged and said that he couldn't help us. Definitely wasn't worth the money or time spent, which is a shame because I used to love coming here when I was a kid and wanted to share it with my son for his birthday.

Nothing like it used to be back in the day but the food was still good. They were extremely busy when I went and the dining room was pretty full but they kept up the best they could. Luckily they had two side rooms with cartoons playing.. a huge gameroom for the family ro enjoy. I'll probably go back but not on a busy weekend lol
