Onion rings cold, sandwich cold. I've included a picture of my $10 meal. This is a rediculous... Threw it in the trash. Employees do not care even a little.

I bought a hamburger there and the lettuce had dirt all over it. I wouldn’t have noticed but I dropped it after it was half eaten and saw it! So gross! Wish I could share a pic!

Im sure the food was good when i got it, but I didn't get to find out. They messed up the order, the drive thru line was to the street, the lobby was closed, and they wouldn't answer the phone. So by the time I sat through the 20 minute line for a second time, mine was cold. And the staff barely even acknowledged it. They actually acted like I was bothering them. The longer drive to Tazewell Pike or Clinton Hwy will be worth it next time.

I have only ever bought breakfast at this location so I feel like 5 stars isn’t possible because of the unknown. Some mornings you’ll experience long lines in drive-thru but you won’t find better fast food breakfast at 5:00am. McDonald’s? No way. Hardee’s? yes please. The price point vs quality always feels like a no brainer. The employees are friendly and always helpful. 👉🏻👈🏻

Went through the drive thru,ordered jumbo chili dogs ,was informed that they don't have those anymore,ordered big ham and cheese,was told they no longer have those,ordered chicken fingers was told no more chicken fingers the rest of the night,but was told I could get chicken bites,got home to find out they forgot my chicken bites, phone number on receipt is and different area code and could not be completed as dialed.so I'm not impressed

If you're not going to open dine please put sign on doors so people don't have to park there car get out and pull on the door to find out. Very inconserent. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Milkshake? No. Out of ice cream. Coke syrup low. Out of lemonade. Out of raspberry tea. Sweet tea very stale tasting.
Burger luke warm. Fries barely warm, container not full. No one at counter to fix. Employees outside smoking watching lobby from the side door.
Sorry excuse for a Hardee's.
When I mentioned the drink being out "ok" was the only response.

Tried Hardee's mobile app for the first time today at 4pm- only for them to tell me it's not working, and the only way to cancel my order was to try to get the charge removed at my bank! Unbelievable, Hardee's- get your act together.
