Little Caesars

We were traveling and wanted to have a quick dinner. Near by some food joints were out of my options. Had quickly walk in at 9.30 pm on Thursday night. I gave my order and voila it is ready in 5 mins. Great service , there is no dine in space , but the store is for quick grab and less interaction if you ordered through mobile. Pizza tasted hot and good (as per the pricing). This is my first time thing and will do it again .

I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of your employees that worked tonight (Sunday 6/26)! I work in retail so I understand being understaffed and having customers breathing down your neck! There were 5 employees working and in the 20 minutes I was there I never saw less than 8 customers in there (and some not too pleasant)!! Your employees kept their cool and keep on trucking along and we’re still NICE! I think Sarah helped me at the register! I hope you reward your employees in these trying times when most customers are impatient and mean!! PS… I work at Toyal Wine and we are hiring!! You all are amazing!!

I do not usually do this, but I had made it my goal today to do so. Today, we were expecting snow so I decided to go to Little Caesars. As I entered, I noticed, it was a few customers waiting but I continued with my order. After the young lady with red hair (my receipt says her name is Emily but I know working in fast food sometimes you have to get on a person’s register if they aren’t able to at the moment) I couldn’t help but over here the conversations in the back. They were short staffed, and it was definitely many orders. I could tell she was getting overwhelmed but myself and other customers waited patiently. What caught my attention the most was we heard her and her coworker in the back preparing orders and I overheard her say, “Well I care. We have all these people in the front and they need to get their food.” She came back up, although I can tell she was frustrated she was still in good spirits to the customers. I applaud her so much for that. I was in fast food for 6 years and I don’t think people understand the emotions that come with that job. Especially if the shift isn’t going as expected. After I received my other and grabbed my son, I wanted to make sure I left her a review on how great she was. She may have just been doing her job but I have been in her shoes many times and once again want to commend her for keep going and her hard work.

Traveling from out of state, we stopped in for an easy dinner. We were told that a "hot and ready" pizza would be ready in forty minutes. However the worker had plenty of time to visit the Subway staff next door (where we finally ate). I do not generally leave a bad review if I am displeased. I will just not leave a review at all, but forty minutes for a "hot and ready" is ridiculous.

I’ve waited 30+ minutes numerous visits now for a basic Hot-N-Ready at this Little Caesars location. Even when I place a mobile order. Seems to have poor service year after year and lots of turnover in staff who don’t value the customer. I’ve even been here at times and walked up to the counter and no one greets me for 10+ minutes. Save yourself some time and go to the Kingston Pike location if you want it “Hot-N-Ready.”

This place never has hot and ready pizzas. Multiple times. That’s basically the whole reason people eat this trash. Location is small and dirty. Cooler doors were wide open in the front when I walked in. Took forever to get through two people in front of me only to be told no pizza was ready. Not one. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Went by there to get pizza it was 9:35pm. They weren't supposed to close til 10pm which was another 25 mins or so. An they where already closed. Even Google says their supposed to be open til 10pm. But they where definitely already closed Open sign was off an it was semi dark inside but could still see ppl in there walking around. Alot of Little Caesars behave been just closing when ever they want for months. Me an My Husband personally Dislike Little Caesars pizza. Alot of the Employees at some of the locations are rude an hateful even the managers. An their pizza either taste like Cardboard or their undercooked or burnt an the crazy bread is either doughy or burnt. We would rather have Papa John's But our kids like an sometimes prefer Little Caesars. But Tonight it will be Papa John's. And Here soon it will probably always be Papa John's for us if Little Caesars locations don't quit closing just whenever they want to. Their gonna start loosing alot of Business b c they wanna just close when they want to. Us personally we're tired of driving out of our way wasting our gas to get pizza an them be closed 30 mins or an hour early especially when gas is almost $5 a gallon.
