I’m not usually one to complain, but we just got the nastiest order from this place. I ordered the strawberry and vanilla crepes and as you can see below they were burnt, stale, and had no strawberry or vanilla. My daughter got the birthday cake pancakes and again burnt and no toppings at all.

Hopped off of I-75 to swing by and place a to go order. Stood around for 5 or 6 minutes. Never saw a soul.
Probably a good thing i didn't order from this place. Was damp and dark and smelled off. Then there was the two guys with their large dog sitting at the table, eating off their plates.
Disgusting place. I think the health department needs to pay them a visit.

First time at this location and it was a great experience! There were only 2 other parties seated during my visit so the service was awesome! The food tasted great and our waitress Samantha was very nice and took great care of us! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to an IHOP and I’m glad that I decided to stop in today!

The restaurant was nearly empty but it took nearly 30mins to get seated. They were very understaffed, so that was understandable. No big deal. We ended up leaving a few minutes after being seated because there was a strong smell of bug spray coming from where we were sitting. We also didn't want to make things harder on the waitress by asking for a different table when she was already working so hard. The window sill at our booth was also crumbling and looked molded. There was a hole and it looked like it was filled with black stuff and what looked like straw wrappers. The staff was doing their best and they were really nice. I don't really think it's their fault, but nice staff doesn't make a good restaurant. Sadly, I don't think we'll be visiting again.

Food was great. But when led to our table, they had just cleared dishes off, didn't wipe off and just sat our menus down on the dirty table. There was a spray bottle and rag on another table so I grabbed it and had to clean off our own table and benches. They were filthy. Waitress was great tho.

We went there for brunch and were quickly seated. Waitress was a rude from the get go asking us for our drink orders (also to note: coffee mug still had lipstick stains on it). We understood that they were short staffed and they were a bit busy, however, throughout our visit she seemed a lot nicer to some other customers she was serving. While we were eating, we kindly asked us for ketchup and she rudely said "yes". She left us our receipt without even asking us if we would be interested in anything else or any other drinks. At this point, we felt very rushed. Overall, we enjoyed the food but the service could have been improved.

Best place to eat in the world. Been coming here for the past 15 years and enjoy the amazing variety of foods you can pick from. I always get the eggs and grits with steak tips sautéed in mushrooms and onions. Very good. I highly recommend and wonderful staff. Very good.!!!!!!

My favorite place to eat after having a Colonoscopy.... "Soft foods" are recommended, and nothing is softer than scrambled eggs and pancakes. They were very busy, and service was slow, but everything arrived hot and yummy!!
