Nothing was restocked, lady asked for a cup lid took about ten minutes to even get her one. Floor was disgusting. Our drinks tasted salty, I went back in and politely asked to get them remade. Employee was quite rude about it and started talking to her coworkers about it as she walked away. After getting them again they tasted salty still. We get these all the time and they never taste salty. Never going to this one again. Especially when the manager is yelling at employees for clocking out when they’re supposed to get off! If the employees were nice it would’ve been fine but we didn’t even receive that.

Just left this McDonalds, experienced the same exact thing as the one of these last one star reviews. The manager or whomever I was speaking to seemed frustrated from the car that just left, gave me a disrespectful tone which I understood so left it alone. Got ready to leave as I saw my family and I got the wrong order so we waited in line again no problem. We ended up being told to pull over to the side and we would get the correct order upon showing our receipt. We waited for about 15 to 20 minutes, never got our food. We went inside and it took roughly another 5 to 10 minutes just to get the correct order.

I get my breakfast at McDonald's most every day and usually another meal. I've been using the app to get rewards, which is a great way to save some money. They also have the best diet Cokes. All sizes of soft drinks are only $1 which is a great deal. The staff are very friendly

This McDonald's is always really busy. The associates rarely acknowledge that you're standing there waiting to order. When you finally get to order, they are nice though. It doesn't make up for the rest of the experience but at least they are not rude.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Took 25 minutes to get my food. Only one employee was helpful. Other employees were messing around on their phones while people were waiting for their food. Restaurant was so cold I couldn't believe it. Must have been 50° in there. Avoid

Came in for breakfast and asked for a number 5. The young lady at the front said 5 correct? I replied "Yes, a number 5". I wait until my order is ready to find out I was charged for five number fives and tried to speak to them at the front. Waited a few more minutes until they got the manager just to be told I was unable to receive a refund due to them charging me incorrectly without me even touching or picking up the food.

We went to this McDonald’s again to get frappes for my mom for Mother’s Day cause it’s all that she wanted today. They automatically assumed that since they were out of mocha, they were going to give us caramel. They have done this twice now, with multiple other things. They did not want caramel. They said they couldn’t give us a refund due to it being an online order. Which is understandable. What we do not understand is why did they not tell the person at the window before they charge our card that they are out of mocha. Then they told us we had to figure it out through the app and we left with losing our money and no drinks.

I stopped for a biscuit and coffee. I went through the drive thru. The guy working outside under the tent was not very knowledgeable on how to fix it if he made a mistake. Naturally he did. He had to run to the window and ask for someone to come help with his register. That backed up all the cars a couple of minutes. My suggestion is keep inexperienced inside until they are proficient at what they do.
