Kfc

Currently waiting on a pick up order that I placed over an hour ago to pick up at a certain time then when I get here the lobby is closed for no reason I go thru the drive thru to pick up my order and get told that they are just going to get started on it that if I still want it that it will be another 30 mins wait . I have been a manager for kfc I told the manager there was no excuse that they had more than enough time to prepare the order but I would wait if this is the way your current management is handling their store then they shouldn't be in that position.

We got the #1 2 pc chicken and when we got home, the chicken breast and leg was mini size. It was so small for such a high price, we were hungry again right after we ate! We’ll never go back to any kfc again! You just lost a great customer! The serving size is constantly shrinking while the cost is constantly raising!

The absolute worst KFC we've ever been to . 25 mins in line inside - get my food home and my drink is syrup my wedges are burnt . The woman working the front counter came to the regester eating a chicken wing with sause on her mouth . NO GLOVES ON EITHER . When the manager spoke to me , it sounded like I was talking to a gangster . #CIRCUS

The WORST chicken sandwich I have ever had at the Clinton Hwy store. Chicken Had obviously been sitting for a very long time, but they still served it. Chicken was so hard I couldn't bite into it, I could hit it on the counter and hear it, sounded like wood hitting the counter because the breading was so old and HARD, it was loud. I have stayed away from KFC for many years due to low quality food, this attempt to try them again was the worst. They are OFF MY MENU FOREVER!

Day shift manager was VERY RUDE!! I deliver for Grubhub & decided to use the restroom before I picked the order up & I immediately got yelled at for going into the open restroom & yelling saying it was not for the public & I stated I was working for Grubhub & she continued to say it was not for the public & I stated I was bringing them business but I won't use the restroom... Totally uncalled for.. They need to lock the door if that's the case...
