Super nice super patient and truly fresh! Rarely can I say those things about McDonald's but the Lovell rd location in Knoxville TN hit the spot early this morning. I was on my way home from camplifering (my version at least) and knew i was to tired at 430am so i pulled around to catch up on my news
This McDonald was so busy but fast, the manager was even working. Had hardly any wait for our food and was fresh and hot. The play place was a great spot for my kids to play and stretch during our long trip.
This McDonald's is great occasionally, and then awful the next day. It is McDonald's, you can't screw up the food that bad, but I still managed to receive a nugget with a bite already taken out of it before (photo below). And anytime there is discrepancy with your order, management will not care and
forgot salt and pepper no drink..... I mean my expectation of a McDonald's is near nothing anyway but on the road and I wanted food fast...

0nly one inept cashier in need of more training. Manager overwhelmed & disinterested in helping to resolve my first online/app order. The drink counter was very messy & in need of cleaning. Finally, the food was cold.

We went thru the drive thru. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly! The food was fresh and up to temp. There were napkins in the bag.
Man at payment window did not even speak to me. He just reached out, grabbed my card out of my hand, did not check what order I was even though they were two lanes active, and then handed me my card and receipt without so much as muttering
