4☆ because the sushi was fresh, packed tight and delicious. Best sushi roll since moving here. Jalapeño chicken was meh. The steamed rice was good and sticky.
I would come just for the sushi. I guess you could say I was "Lucky" to find Kichi... 😉
Service was fine. I ordered, they served.

12/14/21 made 2 orders from door dash and received no veggie fried rice for both orders. Called the store to ask if I could come pick up the order myself and the guy after answering waited a minute after answering and listening just hung up on me. Ignored my call multiple times at around 7:30ish. I’ve been ordering from here for 3 years and have never felt so disrespected. He could have just said he couldn’t help.

Food was terrible definitely been sitting out a long time, they cover it in that greasy flavored juice to try and hydrate it, made my stomach hurt. The bubble tea made my daughter sick 😷 I knew I should have went somewhere else

Terrible, I got a a door dash when I was in Powell and drove 17 mins to pick it up just to wait another 15 mins when I arrived. Will not come back.

Got shorted 5$ on my change for my food today! I was in a conversation with a friend of mine when he handed me back my change and never gave me a receipt.

Made to order sushi at a reasonable price. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get ready, but it’s worth the wait. Miso soup is also good. If you eat at the food court you can’t miss here.

If I could give it zero stars I would .
Repeated my order twice, for a rice noodle soup and he rang me up a boba tea instead. When I went to get my food, I told him it was wrong and that I ordered rice noodle soup, and instead of trying to fix the problem he got rude with me and stated that he said boba tea 4 times and got upset. I didn't hear him say anything when I ordered my food, but instead of arguing back and forth I just took the drink and left .
