Cicis Pizza - Knoxville - Photo album

This restaurant was such a disappointment it hurts. The floors was sticky, there was flies buzzing around my table, and the whole restaurant felt gross. I wouldn't even call the cheap greasy-filled pizza edible. The mac and cheese pizza hurt to look at and hurt even more to eat. The pasta on the piz
Definitely sketchy. Half the restaurant seating was closed. Definitely looked like it needed a deep clean. The prices were fair for the food though and the cinnamon bun things were DELICIOUS! Also make sure to hit the cheesy bread which never disappoints.
Food was good. Staff working hard to push out food. But, the tables, floor, and bathrooms 🚻 were not clean at all. I understand it's a challenge to keep clean in a buffet environment. But there is room for improvement.
No hot pizzas, no pasta the entire time we were there. Too many take out orders to keep the food bar stocked. The cashier did not change his gloves between running the register and prepping veggies for salad bar.
Online says 10 pm. I walked in at 8:30 pm. As I'm trying to serve my salad the lady was picking up the utensils from the salad bar. That was the most disrespectful move, when I asked why she couldn't wait for me to serve myself she stated they start cleaning up at 8pm. 2 hours before closing time???
And that's because I can't give them a zero. They sucked at putting pizzas out we paid over $40 and left unfull because they weren't putting out the pizza's. They focused more on their door dashing orders than inside customers
Easy in and out meal. You get what you pay for, but a lot of bang for the buck. Don't forget, you can order your own pizza with only the toppings you want.
Not very good food and now you know why the price is so cheap because it's cheap made and the employees are not very friendly at all!! So I do not recommend this place whatsoever if you do eat there eat at your own risk!!
