Papa John's Pizza

Worker wasn’t wearing gloves while making my pizza. They had a mixup on the previous order and had to remake mine. I was fine until I noticed they put the wrong sauce on my pizza. It didn’t look like a manager was even working. Someone just walked right back into the kitchen and was talking to the worker who wasn’t wearing gloves.

Order pizza and was told 25 min. After a 1hr we called to check and said it was preparing for deliver. So another 30 min go by and no pizza by the way it’s 3.2 miles from our hotel. Call back they say you can cancel or we have a driver waiting to take your order now. So we say ok and guess what two hours later no pizza on a $60 order terrible customer service on a pizza delivery

They are oaky, grateful that they are the only pizza place that will deliver to my address. So tying not to complain here. Most the workers are very nice. Truly the only big issue I have is They don’t have great deals at all, I’ve gone to another one that has amazing deals. It seem like they alway opt out on all the deals that papa John has. Cause most deals they allow the store owner to say yes or no to have that deal for their store or not. They never have any great deal. They would of gotten a 5 if they had better deals available. Don’t have to be all the time but have some good deal once in a while.

I order from here alot. I usually spend between 50 to 75 bucks each time to feed my family. I don't expect perfection. However when I call about missing sauces and the person tries to get me to take a store credit instead of bringing out what I ordered I do get frustrated. I told the person I spoke with I would like the sauces and they agreed to bring them out. Over an hour later still no sauce to go with the stuffed crust pizza and cheese sticks. This is enough to end ordering from this store again.

I ordered my food over a hour ago I tried calling the store an nobody answered the phone. Previously I ordered pizza from this location and I ordered it at 7 pm and the next thing I knew they cancelled my order and when I attempted to call them back they had closed off the delivery. I'd highly suggest not to order from this store. They will move your ticket along in the que on the online tracker but will eventually cancel it once it's about to be 10. So be warned don't trust the tracker you can attempt to call them but half the time I call they answer and put me on hold. I'm highly disappointed in the service and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Order a pizza and breadsticks at 8:20pm and it’s now 10:35 and still NO PIZZA ! The tracker said 94-104 minutes ! Boyfriend called at 9:20/9:30 and checked on the order and they said it was walking out the door then hour later still no pizza . I do not recommend ordering from this store . I would rather go wait 10 mins at hot and ready .
