Food was delicious but the girl up front named Nisha was extremely rude. Would cut me off when talking while I'm telling her my meal. Her tune was disrespectful. I'm from out of state and just wanted to eat at a place I never have. Definitely wont be coming back to this one cause of her.

I generally love eating at Buddy's whenever I'm traveling through Knoxville. The customer service at this location is mediocre. The team here could be a bit more outgoing. The second issue was the hush puppies. They tasted bland. I love their BBQ pulled chicken sandwich. I've been getting it for years.

Used to be a great restaurant, but the last three times have been horrible. Like Broadway Burger King horrible. Food made way in advance. Your fry's will be already made before you even pull in to order them. It's sad I'll drive to the magnolia one next time. Farther drive but food will be way fresher.

The food was good but the employees made it 5 stars. She even talked us into getting a desert which ended up being everything she said it would be. I am not a big bbq fan (I'm not from the south) but I would come to this location again.

This location the food is normally good and is clean. But this time the chicken was so dry to the point of being burnt. The tea tasted soured. The only friendly employee was the cashier. The men's restroom was dirty stuff all over the floor and it smelled.

What's the point of an app to order ahead, especially one that tells you to give your vehicle information and call when you get there, if they tell you that you need to wait in the very long drive through line anyway? (A line, that is, that got longer while you were wasting time calling from your parking spot. )
To top it off, I had to ask through the drive-thru because they only gave me the sides of my order to begin with. Then I had to go in because they still forgot other parts of the order.
It took 20 minutes after I arrived to get my entire order that was supposedly ready 10 minutes before I arrived.

The nicest Buddy's I have been to. The atmosphere and sitting arrangement is great. Of course the food is always awesome.

We love buddy's but don't go to this location. The service is terrible here. Dining room closed at 8pm but had placed a big order online. Was told go pick it up in drive thru. Went through drive thru and this woman tried to hand me the big boxes out of the window. I told her it wouldn't fit through my window she then said can you get out and do it? I'm sitting there up against the drive thru window and she asks me to get out and get it all. If I hadn't had my son with me I'd been in trouble. There was 4 big boxes. Nobody offered to help or ask me to pull up and they bring it out nothing. They were so rude at this location. Then the cashier and another girl were hanging out the window looking at something popping gum and saying I hate that I've seen it all day and then turns there back to me again. Terrible people working there.
