I ordered 10 sandwiches today during lunch rush and the employees were SO nice and friendly and worked very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. Great experience!! Staff and restaurant looked clean. Definitely would visit again. 🙂
The hours say open at 9 am I showed up at 9:10am doors closed nobody around so I waited till 9:25 finally an employee opened the door. I walked in only to be told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes till the system was up to place an order. Lord knows how long it would take them afterwards to make
Employees here always look super stressed and overworked I honestly feel bad for them so I make sure to tip them well each time! I've never had any issues here they're always very nice and helpful I just feel bad there's always only one person on shift with no help. Other than that I've had nothing
The manager was on top of it but the other employee gave the worst customer service Ive ever received. Almost to the point I walked out.

Worst subway I've ever been too I should've been paying attention. I order tuna melt 6 inch and she didn't even wrap my sandwich up just put it in the bag just lazy. I didn't realize it till I got home.
