Froyoz

Delicious frozen yogurt with super friendly staff! They were beyond kind and helpful even though we got there right before they closed. I would have taken more pictures, but it was too good to wait. For covid-19 precautions, no free samples and only the employees may work the froyo dispensers. Don't forget your mask!

Froyoz is amazing! The yogurt and topping area is quarantined off, however, there is an employee over there making your yogurt for you. They did great and the young lady was very pleasant and accommodating. I go there for georgia peach yogurt but they don't always have it as it's a rotating flavor. If you haven't had the georgia peach, you haven't lived a full life.

the attendant at the register told us the policy they have is that even though she made the error she was not able to fix the issue because the “register” wouldn’t allow her to credit the cash back after she rang it in so she issued us a credit voucher. I think this is a poor policy! I even offered to leave without any product and get all my cash back but she was adamant that the policy in her store would not allow it.

I visited this froyos tonight after dinner with my husband and some friends. During our time there - roughly 30 mins, there was a very gross looking man that frequented the bathroom - the only functioning bathroom for men/women alike - for 10-15 mins at a time. He was clearly friends with the dark haired, homely girl working the counter as he would come out on occasion and speak to her (only) and sometimes hand her things, including a trash bag at one point. The man was very skinny, and carried a backpack but didn’t exactly appear homeless, but rather sketchy. As my friend and I patiently waited to be able to use the 1 and only bathroom for a long, long time, we eventually got our chance when he left the bathroom to exchange with the girl at the front counter. At which time we went into the bathroom and very clearly smelled meth! It was putrid. (We both worked for a rehab facility and are familiar with the smell). We didn’t want to contaminate ourselves so we went to the counter and I told the girl he spoke with that the bathroom reeked of meth and she sarcastically said “oh does it?” As if to actually be saying “f off”. And then proceeded to ignore me. After which the sketchy gentleman, who heard my announcement, told her he has to leave. They exchanged quick goodbyes and he walked out very quickly. It is very obvious that she knew exactly what was going on and was even a part of it, since I witnessed them exchange trash bags and he stayed in the bathroom for 10-15 min periods of time, only to leave for a moment to talk to her or exchange something with her - never buying/eating froyos the whole time. I was appalled. Trashy business, trashy staff. What kind of business are they operating? Yogurt or drugs? None of us will ever be back, and believe we will get the word out. Talk about a health violation! Meth is literally toxic. So if you like rude staff, drug dealers, sulfur smelling bathrooms filled with meth smoke, and all around sketchy folks, this froyos is the place for you. As for me and mine, hell no.
