Tonight we ordered Krystal’s. I ordered the chicken and got home which is 0.3 miles away and I can’t even eat them they are cold and hard as hell with one little tiny dab of Mayo! You guys absolutely need new people in there that know how to cook and operate a restaurant. If you don’t know how to do these things please go find another job. I am calling corporate office on this location.

Such good service! Offered forks and sauce. Didn't even know they had sauce. Waited on us to figure out what we wanted, and took a big order late at night. Very pleased. Food was hot

I usually order the breakfast bowl three times a week if not more. I decided to stop at a different location and was sorely disappointed. I got half a bowl of what looked like leftovers. The bacon tasted dry & old, the eggs looked like remnants of eggs leftover from someone else’s order & cheese thrown on top as if to cover up such an embarrassing display. I said something to the girl at the window and she shrugged and said sorry. Definitely sorry, poor quality food and service! I will not be returning!

Just came home from the Krystal’s on Broadway… went through the drive thru and got home and all of my chili fries were so small… had maybe a small fry inside “maybe” and I ordered 4 of them 🤦♀️ Keep trying to call them and of course no one answers. And of course they have a voicemail set up but that’s full too… I wonder why 🤷🏼♀️ From what there was they were good but it would have been nice for my small kids to full from one.

What is up with the wait time here? I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and left due to the fact that only two cars were ahead of me & with a wait like that, I can't expect anything else to make up for the long wait time. This was my first time coming to this restaurant & left disappointed. Maybe give them another chance down the road sometime. Maybe not.

I love Krystal. But this particular one... omg. The worst! And if I could have given a lower rating I would've. Order took an hour! No one was even at the front counter. Instead she was outside messing about with a friend and she knew I was in there. Her boss I'm guessing came out from the drive through to tell her to come back inside and help which... help is a strong word here. The entire location is pathetic and I hate saying that because I'm a Krystal fan

The drive thru was moving smoothly and I didn't have to wait forever on my order.
Unfortunately my fries 🍟🍟 where cold but everything else was good 👍🏽 so I would like to just suggest trying to make sure the fries are good and hot because cold fries suck .

If you want good meal on the run might I suggest Krystal's on Broadway. The food there is made to order fresh and hot. We make our Krystal's when you order it. And it comes just the way you want.
