There was ONE employee at the store that worked the drive thru, cooked the food bagged the food, worked the counter and asked customers to pull to the front to wait for their order. I would give this a o star if possible. We waited 30 mins then I went up to counter to request refund which no one came to register they were in back making food. No one apologized manager was in back didn't even come to apologize. I've been in food service a long time I would never treat customers

I came thru the drive thru I typically don’t pick Hardee’s since there’s such a wait but “ the food is made right there and then”. I had such a complicated Order. Burger; no lettuce no pickle no onion.

Working in area from out of town arrived at location at 11:45 didn’t receive my food until 12:15. Workers were to busy flirting and smacking each other around. Didn’t even know what orders were for what customers. All around just a joke of a fast food restaurant.DON’T EAT HERE!!!
The food seems good and the staff is nice but there is always be a long wait even if there is no one else in line. Sometimes the fries aren't the best
I ordered a simple combo from them on Uber eats our driver was amazing but he said the staff at this restaurant was very unprofessional with him and they left out half our order and the other half was done wrong I would not recommend eating here to anyone
