Arby's

Stopped here after 10:30pm because I was so disappointed in the Broadway location. They had everything I asked for and was very polite and professional. My food is even fresh and hot. The light was on and the building was very inviting for so late at night. So thankful I live close to this location and the great staff working late hours. Your team rocks!

EXTREMELY RUDE!! ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! The last 30 minutes before close they refuse to do their job on a Saturday night... really? The girl working the store kicked us out of the drive thru and I guess it was one of the girls boyfriends pulled up bypassed the drive thru box and went straight to the window.. she handed him a drink while he turned his car off and parked by the window and just sat there.. but we got kicked out for actually trying to spend money. It is the job of the workers to serve the public.. I guess they didn't want me and my kids to eat. I love Arby's but I refuse to ever go back to that one or refer to friends or family. Was excited to try the new wagyu burger served medium well. What I received was a burnt hockey puck it was so tough I couldn't even chew it. I have stopped going to Arby's on Broadway for quality issues in the past, so I decided to give a different Arby's a try. What a mistake! Burnt burgers and cold fries. What a waste of $11

Had to wait in line for 15 minutes yet I was the first person in that line because the employees just ignored me. Then finally when one tried to wait on me mgr. Pushed him out way n took over register for a customer that was in drive thru before letting him wait on .e. got food and down road my order was completely wrong. Terrible service. Won't ever go back

I have sign up for the Arby’s mobile app and email deals for coupons. My two sons’ and I love to save money on our favorite places we like to eat each week. The new remodel Arby’s on Clinton hwy, has the cleanest dinning room and restrooms. Tarnisha and Nancy they both make sure that my French dip and Swiss sandwich with curly fries are cooked to perfection at every visit.
