Worst Experience Ever!!! Morristown Shoneys. The wife and I came in at 7:30 pm the bar already looked not up to standards. I am usually a fan of the buffet that they offer but it was not refreshed. The only thing good this night was the salad bar. It was fresh. I requested fresh chicken at the bar when I first came in. I understand working in a restaurant myself if someone comes in t close but it was 7:30 and you didn’t close until 9. There was no reason for your hot bar to be trash!!!! The young waitress working was an awful server. There was no pre bus at all!! My table was full of dishes and I never got a refill. We were repeatedly ignored by her. The young lady up front when I complained informed me to never come back. I was going to complain to the reporting manager but I could tell by the way she called her it was going t do me no good. If this is how David Walker runs this place he needs to know this was the worst Shoneys experience ever and as the young lady requested I will never be back in that TOILET BOWL AGAIN!!! Oh yea, I never got the chicken either………..Thank you ✌🏽

Tried for dinner at the Chapman hwy store was here last week which was a disappointment so I thought I'd come back this week for dinner and food on the bar was old . My wife got the beef tips again and they were not cooked medium like she ask but out of frustration we are just gonna leave and not plan on dinner here again until they can get fully staffed and not be so rude . Day shift is always good for breakfast and dinner used to be good as well . But I'm very disappointed that they don't take pride keeping the dinner bar fresh

Because everywhere else was full this morning, we decided to give Lenoir City Shoneys another shot. NEVER AGAIN. I LOVE bacon! Some like crispy but I like it a little less done. The bacon this morning was almost burnt on one side and pretty much looked like it never saw the hot side of the pan. This place has done nothing but go WAY downhill for years. Dinner foods all taste the same no matter what it should be. Salad is my safest bet but I will NEVER waste my money here again Sad, I used to love Shoneys.

We went there on February 10th 2016. When we went to table there was a roach crawling across tje floor and tje girl said oh no and steped on it. While we were eating the people at the table beside us opened their napkin and there was a roach in it also... The waitress took our order and was to bring out some wheat toast and we jad to ask for it 3 times so whem she finely got it to us we was getting up to leave because she was taking to long.. And we had to ask for them to bring out rggs 2 times for the buffet. Tjen they brought out sausage links out that looked like they were raw.. So we just got up and left. We did not even get any refills on pur drinks. There was 3 of us and all of us was unhappy... We paid 32.00 for bugs!!!! We will not go back.. We are also calling tje health department..
