Mcdonald's

This place is the best McDonald's around, food is always hot, always correct, and they are always super friendly. I use the app cause u get discounts with mobile ordering and it's easier because u put the order in yourself on the app. So modified things are less likely to have a mix-up. I just tell them the code when I check in and I'm in and out in minutes. Only McDonald's that doesn't forget sauces.

I ordered a mocha frappe, it wasn't like it should be, it was more melted than anything, my wife ordered a large coffee, we had to take it back 3 different times in order to get it right, first time it was cold, second time there were coffee grounds floating in the top of the cup. And it was cold also. Finally after the 3rd time they finally got it right.

Around 8:25 pm, April 27th. Ordered a large iced coffee (sugar free vanilla). About to drive four hours, need the caffeine. Second window drive-thru attendent tries to give me a medium cup. I politely clarify that I ordered a large. She claims it's a large. For iced coffee, its not, because it doesn't use espresso as lattes and mochas do -- there is a specific clear plastic cup for large iced coffee. She pretends to correct the issue, gives me a large opaque soda cup. I decide that's acceptable, offer my thanks (she responds with "mhmm"), and leave. Mistake. What she did was pour the medium cup into the large soda cup, and just filled up the rest with additional ice. I realize this ten minutes down I-40. Sure it's just cheap coffee. But I still *needed* to get what I actually *ordered*. I'm having to stop somewhere else now for coffee. McDonald's at Cedar Bluff, your employee lied to me, and then your business effectively stole from me, both my time and my money. I almost always go to the Lovell Road McDs for coffee. First time getting it from the Cedar Bluff location in years. I won't make that mistake again.
